About 3+2 Colligate Program

星海音乐学院3+2本硕合作项目是基于与国外合作院校就互惠共赢、协作拓展的愿景共识而开展的高水平校际合作项目，于2019年9月正式启动，合作院校为美国旧金山音乐学院、美国堪萨斯大学音乐学院。项目采取协同建设方式，由合作院校为在星海音乐学院已完成本科三年级（作曲专业四年级）的专业拔尖在读生，开设为期两年的全日制研究生课程。项目学生在海外学段第一年中获得的相应学分得到星海音乐学院认定且同时满足本科毕业要求后，获得星海音乐学院授予的本科学位，第二年在海外院校继续修满学分、考试合格后，获得海外合作院校授予的音乐硕士学位。

本项目与旧金山音乐学院的合作专业包括钢琴演奏、管弦器乐演奏、声乐演唱（美声唱法）、应用作曲与技术和作曲；与堪萨斯大学音乐学院的合作专业包括：钢琴演奏与教学法、器乐演奏、古典声乐、歌剧、音乐教育和爵士表演。国外合作院校除了为项目生开设其专业所需的必修课、选修课外，还与星海音乐学院不定期联合举行大师班、专题讲座、音乐会、艺术节、交流会等，以全面辅助项目学生的研究生课程学习。截至目前，本项目已开展5届招生，共受理65人报名，成功录取6个专业共15人，已有4人顺利毕业，共获得奖学金$161500美元。

The 3+2 CollegiateProgramis a high-level intercollegiate cooperation project based on the vision consensus of mutual benefit and collaborative development with foreign partner institutions. It was officially launched in September 2019, and the partner institutions are San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the School of Music of the University of Kansas. The project adopts the mode of collaborative construction, and the partner institutions offer a two-year full-time graduate course for the top professional students who have completed the third year of undergraduate study (the fourth year of composition major) in Xinghai Conservatory of Music. After the corresponding credits obtained in the first year of overseas study are recognized by Xinghai Conservatory of Music and the undergraduate graduation requirements are met, the students will be awarded the undergraduate degree by Xinghai Conservatory of Music. In the second year, after continuing to complete the credits in overseas institutions and passing the examination, they will be awarded the Master of Music degree by overseas cooperative institutions. The program's collaboration with the San Francisco Conservatory of Music includes piano performance, orchestral instrumental performance, vocal singing (bel canto), applied composition and technology, and composition; Collaboration with the University of Kansas School of Music includes: Piano Performance and Pedagogy, instrumental performance, classical vocal music, opera, music education, and jazz performance. In addition to providing required courses and electives for the students, foreign partner institutions also jointly hold master classes, special lectures, concerts, art festivals, and exchange meetings with Xinghai Conservatory of Music from time to time to fully support the students' postgraduate study. Up to now, the program has carried out enrollment for 5 sessions, accepted a total of 65 applicants, successfully admitted a total of 15students in5majors,4have successfully graduated, and won a total of $161,500 scholarship.
